In case of death of the insured, the capital outstanding, as shown on the amortization schedule and within the guaranteed quota limit, is paid the lender.
-The warranty P.T.I.A ( Total and irreversible loss of autonomy)
Physical or mental disability recognized before the age of 65 putting the insured in the permanent inability to perform any remunerative activity and the obligation to have recourse to the assistance of another person to perform routine actions of living (Bathing, eating, moving…)

The warranty I.T.T( Temporary Total Incapacity to work) with excess 90 days.
The temporary total disability is a medically recognized disability putting the insured in the complete impossibility and inability to deliver himself at his work related gain or profit. The support of loan terms of this warranty usually beings after the 91st day. This is a fixed coverage on behalf of the insurer and not compensatory.
